I incorporated more (?) filipino elements on her look (while retaining some of the official design). My main inspiration for this design is the filipino woven bracelet. Also, filipinas tend to have long hair, and “pekpek” shorts (short shorts) seems to be a more common garment here than skirts lol. :)

Why I am so photoshopped? It’s important that young girls understand what Photoshop is. I do feel a certain amount of responsibility now that I’m playing Peggy, who is a bit of an alter ego. She’s given me a new fearlessness. I was always a people-pleaser — less so now — and I think it became detrimental to me. Because of Peggy Carter, I know my value and that women can be heroes.
