I find it funny how much of a thing Food Network is in my life, like I grew up watching 30 Minute Meals w/ Rachael Ray, Throwdown with Bobby Flay, Good Eats with Alton Brown, Iron Chef America, Unwrapped, $40 a day, etc. And even today I still watch like... Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Chopped, Guy's Grocery Games, Worst Cooks in America, Supermarket Stakeout, NFL Tailgate Takedown. It's still such a great network with so many shows, and It honestly gave me the dream of wanting to be a Chef. Thank you, Food Network, for being my constant in this ever-changing world.

Recently tried cooking a boneless chicken breast in my air fryer, rubbed with some mesquite BBQ seasoning/rub and cooked in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes, flipped, then another 10 minutes at 400. Came out amazing, very juicy and well cooked through

Found out you can watch a decent chunk of the episodes of Good Eats on this website, been revisiting ones I remember from my childhood
