Hello Everybody! ☺️ This is a friendly reminder to apply SPF as a part of your daily skin care routine (and make sure your reapply every two hours!) ☀️🕶 SPF is super important even when it’s cloudy outside so make sure to always apply generously! What is your favorite SPF product?

Did you know it takes between 18 and 254 days to form a new habit and an average of 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic? 😱 That’s a crazy amount of time but it’s SUPER necessary for us to build healthy habits with our skin to keep it vibrant, healthy, and clean! 🧼 What are some of your bad habits? 🤔 What are some new good habits you want to start? 😇 Let’s talk about it! 💬

Two things I don’t tolerate are toxic people and toxic Ingredients! 🙅🏽‍♀️ Even some natural ingredients can cause irritation and other problems if they’re not the right fit for you! Make sure to do your research and talk to your esthetician about how to find good ingredients for your skin! Everybody’s skin is different so make sure you get a customized routine for YOU to ensure that your skin is clear, glowing, and toxin-free! 🥰 Dump the toxic people that are causing your stress break outs, dump the toxic products that do nothing for your face, and have a wonderful, happy, and healthy day! 💜

Storytime...  I’ll NEVER forget when I was 9 years old and I wanted to be grown so badly and wash my face with soaps and use products like my mom and grandma did. One day, I found an OLD bottle of St. Ives Apricot Scrub and I was determined to use try it so that my skin (that was already perfectly fine) could flourish like a grown woman! …WOW was I wrong! My ENTIRE face was red as could be and broke out in bumps and scabs! It was AWFUL. I had to confess what I had done to my mom so that she figure out how to fix it (and yes, I was in trouble, haha.) That’s my story with St. Ives and I haven’t touched any product by them since! What products will you NEVER use??? 🙅🏽‍♀️ Let’s discuss!
