Liam and Sophia had been searching for a home for months when they stumbled upon the listing for 43 Maple Lane. The price was shockingly low—almost suspiciously so. When they toured the house, it seemed perfectly normal: cozy living room, spacious kitchen, and even some leftover supplies in the attic. Among them were stacks of thick diapers labeled “ABDL ComfortMax.”
“What are these?” Sophia asked, holding up one of the packages with a raised eyebrow.
“Probably just something the previous owners left behind,” Liam shrugged, tossing it back into the box. “Who cares? At this price, we’re getting a steal.”
They signed the papers within days, blissfully unaware that the former residents had fled the neighborhood after discovering its dark secret. This wasn’t an ordinary suburban street—it was a playground for dominance and submission, ruled by Robert and Jess, who lived two doors down.
Two days after moving in, there was a knock at the door. Standing on the porch were their new neighbors: Robert, tall and broad-shouldered with a confident smirk, and Jess, petite but commanding, her blonde hair tied neatly in a bun.
“Hey there! We heard you folks just moved in,” Robert said, handing over a plate of homemade cupcakes and a bottle of wine. “Thought we’d welcome you properly.”
Jess smiled warmly, though her eyes lingered on Liam a little too long.
“We’ve been here a while,” she added. “If you need anything—advice, recommendations—you name it, we’re happy to help.”
That night, Liam devoured three cupcakes and polished off half the wine. By midnight, his stomach churned violently. He bolted awake, drenched in sweat, only to realize he’d soiled the bed. Mortified, he glanced at Sophia, who slept peacefully beside him.
The next morning, as Liam scrubbed the mattress, Jess appeared at their door again.
“Oh dear, rough night?” she asked innocently, handing him a fresh package of diapers from the attic stash. “These might come in handy. Trust me—they saved us more than once.”
Liam hesitated but accepted them, not realizing the slippery slope ahead.
Over the following weeks, Liam and Sophia grew close to Robert and Jess. They leaned on them for everything—from navigating local grocery stores to fixing plumbing issues.
One evening, during dinner at Robert and Jess’s house, another neighbor dropped by—a young woman named Clara. She greeted everyone warmly before turning to Jess with a coy smile.
“I hate to bother you, but I’m having a bit of trouble… Could you assist me with something private?”
Robert chuckled knowingly, excusing himself to the backyard. Meanwhile, Jess led Clara upstairs, leaving Liam and Sophia confused.
“What was that about?” Sophia whispered.
“Clara has medical issues,” Jess explained later, returning with a satisfied grin. “I used to be a nurse, so I help people manage… delicate situations.”
Sophia nodded, impressed, while Liam squirmed uncomfortably under Jess’s piercing gaze.
It started subtly. Jess began slipping medications into Liam’s drinks—mild sedatives disguised as vitamins. Each dose loosened his inhibitions, dulling his resistance. Soon, he found himself needing diapers regularly, unable to control his bladder or bowels.
Meanwhile, Sophia resisted at first, sticking to her strict diet. But Robert worked his charm, gifting her expensive teas laced with similar compounds. Within weeks, she joined Liam in their nightly accidents.
“You poor things,” Jess cooed one evening, finding them both soaked through. “Let me take care of you.”
She dressed them in matching pink-and-blue onesies, strapping on thick diapers before tucking them into bed like oversized toddlers.
By month’s end, Liam no longer resembled the man Sophia had married. His voice softened, his posture became demure, and his wardrobe consisted entirely of frilly dresses and thigh-high socks. Jess took great pleasure in feeding him from a baby bottle, calling him “Daddy’s Little Girl.”
“You’re such a good girl now,” Jess purred, stroking his cheek as he suckled obediently.
In the other room, Robert dominated Sophia, her protests muffled by a gag.
“You should thank me,” Robert growled, pinning her down. “Your husband’s happier than ever. And soon, you’ll learn to enjoy this too.”
As Liam lay curled up in his crib, clutching a stuffed bunny, Jess received a text notification. Smirking, she showed it to Robert.
“Another problem couple is moving in next door,” she announced. “Looks like our work here isn’t done yet.”
Outside, the moving truck rumbled to a stop. Unaware of what awaited them, the newcomers carried boxes into their new home.
