Me: this self-indulgent fic is just for me, I never have to share it with fandom, it does not matter what people would think of it Me, spending half an hour poring over lists of DC villain organizations searching for one where two specific villains would feasibly meet each other: —But It Has To Be Accurate Though

because how else could I, both author and audience, set up the big plot point I've been mentally planning for multiple years, if the villain who carries it out does not have a feasible way of discovering the opportunity from this other villain who had a chance encounter on a whim last week?

Me, making a tumblr post: is it even called romanization in this context?? where did that term come from?? does it apply to all languages/non-romanized alphabets/writing systems, or is it just coincidence that it applies to both of the ones I've tried to learn??

#writing is a process #discovered I like the Arabic numerical system at least from a cursory overview #bc naturally I cannot expect my oc to count in English when his formative memories are in Highly Specified League-Dialect “”Arabic“”#but I can totally expect him to count in the most basic top-of-google-results romanized Arabic #this makes sense don't question it #languages are cool #twwar
