What are those?
I’ve been injured and busy and depressed. But I got at it again. And for three weeks I’ve been slowly easing in to Sydney Cummings’s daily workouts—modifying where I need to, but not bailing out.
I’m sweating.
I’m sore.
I take a day when my body tells me I need to.
But I also go hard. And yesterday I felt something. I wasn’t sure, so I explored further. Yeah. I confirmed it.
I found my triceps. They are still there. And they are getting stronger.
