I don't normally draw things in such a cartoony style, but it was fun, and I quite like how it turned out

But to be fair thay do share quite a few similarities

With this illustration I tried to focus more on painting the background/landscape to practice. Most of my art normally focuses on characters, so I'm not that great at this kind of thing, but it didn't turn out too bad. I will probably try adding lineart later but I wanted to post this version as well, especially since I won't exacly be able to erase the lines once I put them on paper 😅

This one started out being a bit of a struggle. This is my third take on that illustration (that's why Aziraphales face looks a bit different than the one in my previous WIP photo). I didn't like how the first version was looking when I started painting it, so I tried remaking it digitally, but that got annoying pretty quick (because I'm not used to it, and I don't know how to make it work the way I want it to), and so I decided to just redraw it again on paper. So it took a while, but I think it turned out quite nice all things considered 😊

This piece was made with traditional mixed media (watercolours, ink, gouache and pencils) and later digitaly edited. I'm posting two versions simply because I like them both 😊
