He’s the standard for so many other artists. Give him all the flowers now, he deserves it. Not to mention that man only gets better with age. I mean come on, he’s like a fine wine. Brilliant, sounds like a plan. You bring the snacks and I’ll bring the drinks. We’ll have our own Usher listening party and play all his songs. I’m good, thanks. How’re you, doing alright?

Feels super surreal if I’m honest. The whole thing has felt like one big rush and I couldn’t be more grateful that I even get to still tour all these years later of being in the business. Every tour just feels more and more special to me at the end of the day. Well, of course, right now I’m in Budapest with Timothee but when I hit the road again for tour I’ll be in Toronto.

I imagine every tour gets better and better when you do them and you tweak whatever doesn’t work or keep what does work. Oh that’s dope, you’re dating Timothee? That’s whats up. Maybe I’ll come to the the Toronto show.

I’ve cut some off but not a lot and it’s a lot more manageable. Yeah we should it’s been a while since we’ve seen each other.  Yeah, I haven’t dated in years so I don’t know that boo’d up feeling. I just like a girl who’s sweet, honest, funny. I just want to find my better half, I’m getting older now. I wanna get married.

Let me know when you’re free to hangout, go to the club or something. Hmm, we need to get you boo’d up so you can get married, anyone catch your eye yet?

Nice, and you must be excited to almost be finished! That can’t be an easy film to shoot, let alone keeping up with the physique you need to. But the other films were great, and I’m excited to check this one out as well. Absolutely, I know I’m always in a good mood being outside. Putting it up probably took less than a day, but took a lot longer to figure out which flowers she wanted to grow. There’s a whole variety of them though, they’re beautiful. 

Yeah it is a bit taxing on the body but ever since Black Panther, I learned I need to better separating myself from the role to be better so it doesn’t take a toll on me or my mental. What flowers did she decide on?

Michael: Sounds good, do you know any good yoga studios?

People gave Anakin Skywalker so much sh*t for saying he didn’t like sand. I mean, yeah. Maybe that wasn’t the most poetic of lines, but after spending weeks working in the desert, the man had a very good point. I’ve had sand in the strangest of places. I won’t go too much into detail, but the darn thing is everywhere. Anyway, you may or may not know me as Zendaya, but my friends also call me Z. I’m super thankful that I do get some time off to myself before I have to return to the dunes. What are you up to? Got any recommendations from keeping sand out of my nooks and crannies?

Sand is a menace so Anakin Skywalker has a point. What’s good Z? Just wrapped Creed 3, so I’m enjoying the little downtime I have. No I don’t have any recommendations except stay out of it.

Yes, I am we did end up getting sick, thanks to jetlag and the different air change, so we had to postpone three of our shows, which sucked because I just wanted to perform, but thankfully, we got to end our show in Anaheim and now we are heading back to Japan to wrap up the tour, I’m not sure when we’ll be able to do those three shows, but I’m hoping it’ll be soon.

Damn, did you reschedule those shows? Yeah different climates and timezones will get you sick. Well next time you guys come back, I need to check out a show.

I still want too but I may have to wait till it comes out on DVD or some kind of streaming platform, since I don’t feel like going to the movie theaters haha. I did see the first one, that’s why I want to see the second. It is my group yes! 

Hahaha that’s fair, I haven’t gone to the movie theater in awhile. The first one was a classic and the second one held its own. Cool, y’all doing the damn thing.

“More like hip hop or music that gets people dancing. Our main goal was always to make sure that it was music that could get others up and moving around. So we’ve definitely accomplished that I would say.” 

So pop music? When I think of hip hop, I think more of like Future, Lil Baby, etc. I’ll have to check y’all out. That’s a good goal to have though, to get people moving.

I would say like Schrodinger’s Cat, but I’m not him nor do I have a cat… Yet…

For sure, we’re still humans at the end of the day. We just sadly have jobs that are constantly in people’s faces. At the moment, just touring round for the first time in forever. Though, I’m on a bit of a break between shows until the end of the month so just catching up much needed z’s and spending time with my boyfriend. New album may also be in the works, but that’s for me to know and you to find out.

That’s great, how does it feel being back on tour after so long? That’s nice, getting some rest and spending time with your boyfriend. Where are you touring?

“That’s so exciting, I’m sure it was really incredible. We’re a newer group I guess since we’ve only been together for four years. Though we’ve had an amazing time so far.”

I’m slowly getting into this Kpop world so technically you’re new to me, whats your music vibe?

Oh my god, the memes are killing me. So funny, I can’t. I’ve definitely re-watched his Tiny Desk video quite a few times. And now that you’ve brought it up, I’ll probably go watch it again now. No lies there. He really is a timeless legend and his voice is butter. And I love that he shows genuine love to other artists coming up. ‘Cause not everybody is like that.
