The Journey of Job Hunting Application
At this moment, honestly, I feel pressured, but at the same time, I'm trying to be lenient with myself, which I don't know if this is still good. The backstory of my life is that I started working early, or should I say, I began working right after reaching the legal age. Initially, when I still had the spirit to do it, I tried juggling work and studies. However, I eventually stopped because my salary could no longer cover my expenses and bills.
As an only child and a breadwinner, I soon realized that the main reason why I work got pushed aside, which was originally to pursue my studies. But as time goes by, more responsibilities came my way, which honestly made me feel restless and drowned in my own world. After a long time working, I decided to resign. It was a heavy decision, but I'm at a point where I feel overwhelmed, and I knew I had to make this choice to preserve my well-being. Now, I'm anxious because my bills are approaching, and I still haven't found new employment. I acknowledge the reason behind it is that I haven't actively pursued it. However, I am aware that I have to take the initiative. In this situation, I don't have anyone else but myself to rely on.
Foundations of Happiness and Contentment for Women: Stable Home, Fulfilling Job, Supportive Relationships, Personal Growth, Self-Care, and Mental Health
For a woman to reach a state of happiness and contentment, several factors play a crucial role. AĀ stable homeĀ forms the basis where she can feel secure and confident. It's a safe place where she can relax and recharge, preparing herself to face the world.
AĀ fulfilling jobĀ is another requirement. It's not just about the financial aspects, but more about feeling valued, utilizing her skills, and having opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
Supportive relationships, whether they are friends, family, or a romantic partner, provide emotional support, encourage her to be herself, and celebrate her achievements with her.
Personal growth, through hobbies and personal interests, also plays a significant role in a woman's happiness. It allows her to explore and realize her potential, enhancing her self-esteem and giving her a sense of accomplishment.
Self-care, which encompasses physical health and relaxation, is crucial. Regular exercise, a healthy diet, adequate sleep, and taking time for relaxation activities are all part of self-care that contributes to overall happiness.
Lastly,Ā mental healthĀ is an essential component. Awareness and care for mental health, seeking help when needed, and practicing mindfulness and meditation can significantly impact a woman's overall well-being and contentment.
Together, these elements - aĀ stable home,Ā fulfilling job,Ā supportive relationships,Ā personal growth,Ā self-care, andĀ mental health awarenessĀ - create a foundation for a woman's happiness and contentment.

musical prodigies are always celebrated, early readers arenāt. And thatās because early readers are only good at something others will eventually be good at, too. So being first isnāt specialāitās just annoying.
Take Care Of Yourself.
Levelling up means becoming the best, healthiest, most successful version of yourself. Here's some ways to do that:
Read books (education, flow state, calms and slows the mind)
Daily exercise (30 mins or more)
Listen to positive, uplifting music
Have creative hobbies (painting, pottery, sewing, etc)
Get rid of negative/toxic friends
Choose healthy, beneficial relationships
Therapy
Learn new languages
Meditate
Go outside and into nature
Spend time with animals (calming)
Positive affirmations
Keep your living space clean and tidy
Drink lots of water
Daily stretching
Prayer, gratitude, journaling, etc
Eat a healthy, nutritious diet
Reduce internet time and start physical hobbies (e.g. art, dance, surfing, gardening, etc)
Get 8 hours of sleep
Always take care of yourself first.
Mia.
Speaking of recommendations and CHARACTER DRIVEN STORIES (my most beloved ā„ļøā„ļøā„ļø), which ones would you recommend/which ones are your faves? Have a nice weekend, lovely!š¹
Ooooo !! You like character driven stories too?! Mwah, youāve phenomenal tasteeee šš
Here are some of my fav book recs from the top of my mind:
My Cat Yugoslavia by Pajtim Statovci
It is an absolute SIN that this book isnāt more well known. It tells the story of two characters in parallel, I wonāt go into detail about what this book is about because itās best read without any prior knowledge! But some key words to describe it are: kafkaesque, lgbtq, longing and strength. If youāre somebody that grew up in a country different to the ones your parents are from, I think youāll have a special appreciation for this story.
2. Kafka on the Shore by Haruki Murakami
I feel like most people know about this one already lol. There have been so many people talking about this book that I donāt feel the need to add anything else, but if you like bizarre whimsical tales then definitely check this out!
(P.s : If you liked 1, then youāll like 2 as well! And vice versa š„°)
3. The Travelling Cat Chronicles by Hiro Arikawa
This one is told from the perspective of a cat but it is done extremely well. I used to kind of cringe at the thought of a book told from an animals perspective but I just ahhhhhh⦠This book is a must read for anyone who has been close to an animal before.
4. Before The Coffee Gets Cold by Toshikazu Kawaguchi
Kawaguchi is a play writer and so this book feels like watching a performance! Itās set in a cafe where you can time travel if you follow some really strict rules. This is a true character driven book because itās composed of little tales from people who want to go back in time⦠as a side note: donāt read this in public like I did. (Unless you feel like tearing up in front of people lol)
5. Salt to the Sea by Ruta Sepetys
This isnāt my favourite Ruta Sepetys book, but I thought Iād add it because itās character driven historical fiction book. You get to read 4 different perspectives of the MV Wilhelm Gustloff tragedy in WW2.
Bonus?! Kitchen by Banana Yoshimoto
A very ahead of itās time Novella that you can finish in one setting. Itās about grief, and I find myself interpreting it differently each time I read it.
I hope at least one of these appeals to you!! Definitely let me know if you read any of these, I love chatting about books :ā)
p.s for all of these books be sure to research some trigger warnings before reading them!
this is so important
