There are a lot of things taht don't make sense in his death, and his suicide note, I personally think he should've wrote it before starting to die and before talking to Avery last time, and then his death should've been almost instant.

He made a document, that saves outomatically, that he can share a link to, though the system he already did use before and he RECORDS, RENDERS AND UPLOADS A VIDEO TO HIS YOUTUBE CHANNEL INSTEAD!?!???!??

But also I am thinking that "what's behind the door" from Avery's pov should've been a stream. Like.... Genuinely.

Imagine. You Are Avery, there is something weird going on with your world, so you go in to see what's up. AND THEN you are stuck fpr 12h gardening. Wouldn't you cut this from ypur footage? And if you say:

"Oh maybe he was afraid to see the text from the book again?"

Well, then there are two problems:

who censored it in the footage then?

Was Avery unaffected by it later? So he was able to censor it? Then why didn't he cut the video???

And Wifies could've made it a "stream". He could've made the og video (with all neat cuts between the doors and stuff) and then make unlisted stream on Avery's channel, and then after the fact make it public.

And then we can argue that something that was inside the book was so unimaginable and incomprehandable that it just didn't go through the feed or something.

To be fair that means Wifies would've had to make that stream on New Year's eve with all the timings right, which makes stuff a bit more complicated.

And also I am a bit sad that the whole story is uncomplitable without Wifies videos. You can't find Derek's last footage, because it is taken away. And sure that is a part of the story, but mmmmmmmmm

Friendless probably mishandled by the school system probably havent managed to keep close friends because of choice personality quirks probably get called too much or not enough or never texts back or goddamnit like. And then they click.

Oh dear god. Nooooo their flirting would suuuuck it'd be so embarrassing it'd be so disgustingly clumsy and they'd both be ridiculously too into it and doubling down to realize how godawful it is.

I firmly believe those two absolutely suck at flirting. It's a weird mix of corny pick-up lines, being very cringey, and also them having poor social skills

Derek was recovered by the dms after dawtde.

After he woke up in dms custody he was informed he was in a local hospital (Derek believes this for a while before putting the pieces together)

he has brain damage primarily to the left side of his brain

-> difficulty with understanding reading, writing, and doing math. so he can't understand avery too well due to them primarily communicating over the minecraft chat (im kinda iffy on this bit so i might not include it later on :/ )

he does not remember sfawtde and dawtde

left eye scarring is meant to look like the kiy's symbol.

his clothing is all from the og skin, just without the armor
