Oh, man. This kid was really hapless, wasn’t he? Of all her clients…Well, he wasn’t the worst. He had some good traits, at least. He was a perfectly nice guy. He knew how to cook. He knew how to use a bow, and he was a good handyman.

But he wasn’t exactly…Well, he was very…He reminded Kyu of a bowl of warm milk. Yeah, that was it. It wasn’t that he wasn’t good looking, or nice- But he lacked presence. He wasn’t aggressive, and despite some obvious signals that he liked a girl, he didn’t make any moves. C’mon, dude. It was like…Like he felt like asking out a girl was something he’d need her permission for. Well, that was why Kyu was here.

Having spent the last few days attending his school and spying on Shirou under the guise of the average high school student ‘Kyoko Suzuki’, Kyu felt self-assured in her abilities to help this guy. All she’d need to do was get him to believe in himself a bit.

Now dressed in her work clothes, the fairy stood boldly and eagerly in front of Shirou, having waited patiently in his shed to confront him.

"So humans aren’t the only species on this planet?”

Celeste was pleasantly surprised upon learning that the planetary profile on her ship had been wrong. For one, it was interesting to find out that Earth didn’t support human life alone. Second, the alien knew she could look forward to getting some recognition for reporting that error in the intergalatic database’s logs. “That’s good to know- Clearly, the profilers haven’t been as active in their work as they should be.” The comment was made more to herself, and not so much the Skeleton she’d encountered. “Oh, right. I guess I’ve been somewhat rude to you. I got so caught up in my surprise that I just asked questions without thinking...So allow me to introduce myself.”
