SMART recovery is seriously good, and not just for alcoholism. You can go for any addiction and they’re very accepting and understanding. I’ve seen people go in for opiates, marijuana, self harm, uppers, gambling; it’s very much group talk and CBT and you can take it at your own pace. Moderation isnt frowned upon, they are just concerned that you’re not using as a way to cope and that you can live a healthy life without the vice.
