MY NEXT EXAM IS IN 7 DAYSβ¦unfortunately
BIO EXAM WAS TODAY
I had so much anxiety before my exam but it was okay. However I realised I did one question completely wrong, but I know bare minimum Iβve passed me and that 40% pass mark are locked in together. Do I wish I did better? Of course, but il just try to do better in the next one. I canβt wait for exams to be over Iβm gonna be dillydallymaxxing in the holidays.
Also Iβm so excited for UFC 328 only like 2 weeks till the Khamzat and Sean fight.
Its 4am again and im watching the sunrise as i revise conditioning AGAIN bc i have the memory of a goldfish (its useful when rewatching shows or rereading books π»)

yes, it's already the middle of the semester and i'm busy with writing and teaching. but it is such a joy when i'm able to carve out small pockets of time to just do stuff. no matter how much i try, it's still difficult to reject this notion of productivity.
Neurosurgery 4/10
The first week in neurosurgery is behind me. The ward is much smaller than I expected and there isn't that much to do. The evening classes are exhausting - I usually get home and the first thing I do is go straight to bed.
One a more positive note, I absolutely love the pediatric simulation classes. I don't think I've ever had so much fun during a graded assessment.

soβ¦ itβs been a while. (looks around embarrassed)
life got extremely stressful and things happened, but i have been working behind the scenes! i completed a research stay in south korea (first time ever flying long-haul AND living abroad alone! yay me!), participated in some conferences and made some noticeable progress on my phd.
right now itβs that time of a phd where you start writing and suddenly everything youβve ever read comes to mind and you have to organise a million sources for one tiny paragraph. but im good, this is what i love to do! and this is also why iβve decided to come back to the 100daysofproductivity thingy. i REALLY need to lock tf in.

Easter, prelude: A sunny day out in County Durham.
I took a weekend off for a bit of much-needed leisure before launching into work again. The sun has at last graced England with its presence and I had to make the most of it.
Auckland Castle was beautiful, and wonderfully restored. Greatly interesting to learn about its history as well as that of its many bishops.
