I've been so busy dealing with my mental health problems and shit for so many years that anything that concerns the rest of my physical health has been put on the backburner forever. like i didn't start seeking testing for endo and bring concerns about my chronic lower back pain etc until this year. my mom was diagnosed with afib when i was around 19 and there's like a 40% chance i have it too but i just never did anything with that. plus a million other little issues that may or may not all be related
