He arranges this entire meeting just to bring him a little “getting to know you” present that he wants him to have knowing he really shouldn’t give it to him. He quickly extends it out to him, looking on anxiously and composed, while waiting to see what will happen next. Moriarty eases his tension a bit by responding back gently. He slowly slips the USB around his fingers as he pulls it away from him, and draws it up to his mouth with an impish smile. He then looks pointedly at Sherlock while maintaining direct eye contact right before kissing the top - the head - of the memory stick in front of him, to make him feel pleased he’s given him something he supposedly desires so badly.
