I'll start: three years ago when I started high school a girl (also freshman) asked me for directions to go to school, and I showed her. I was so enchanted by her smile... and she would always smile at me..... even now... my heart flutters when I see her...

For the record I still haven't talked to her but we always acknowledge each other so...

When i was a kid i never rlly learned how to swim, so when i became like 11 years old my mom signed me up for swimming lessons ! Soooo there was this beautifuuuuul girl with me at the lessons >////< long story short she made me feel uber nervous n all giddy n yknow hehehehe ~ Basically she made me realize i liked girls ! N thats kinda all ;p

First time I ever saw something queer was when I was younger and would watch my ma play Stardew Valley and I saw her getting married to Haley while playing with a fem farmer.

I asked her about it and she explained to me that girls can infact date and marry other girls and I. Wasn’t really able to process it at the time but that was about it, something younger me would say alot is that they love love and I still do love love- basically I’m trying to say I was not homophobic it just didn’t click for me at the time.

I’ve always been a bit queer too because I did infact experience classic trans kid thing of wondering what it would be like to be the opposite gender and I’m happy to announce that I pretty much have become the boy I always thought I’d be.

and by that I mean I own a red flannel jacket. It’s a handmedown from my older brother and I could not have been happier when I first got it, I sent photos of it to all of my friends, it just felt very nice and. Felt like a very important moment to see that I have the main thing I thought I would wear all the damn time if I had been born a man.

speaking of which I also for some reason thought my name would be “Issac” if I were born a boy and. As you can tell my name is not Issac but I still definitely like Issac and I feel like if anybody ever asks me like “no, what’s your real name” because my preferred name is a common nickname. Or they might just be an asshole. then ima tell em that my more formal name is Issac. Which it is. My formal name is Issac because I make the rules around here fuck you.

(still definitely prefer Izzy tho.. it’s more chaotic plus more casual in its vibes. Fucking Izzac)

it was from watching One Topics videos that I found out what all these terms meant which is to say I found out I was queer through Reddit memes. I appreciate you ppl who post comics about what exactly these terms mean big time.

also fun Izzy lore at first I thought I was panromantic asexual and a demigirl and after a few years I eventually realized that I really connect more with aromantic asexual and agender. So that marks two common LGBTQIA+ experiences I have had-

i can’t remember exactly when i figured out i was aroace, i kinda just came to the conclusion after realising i’ve never liked ANYONE romantically or sexually ever. i remember when i was younger i thought “ok, everyone else is getting a crush, inkxeity! it’s time for you to get one!” so for about ten minutes each school day i’d just stare at the prettiest girl in my class (young inkxeity didn’t understand you could appreciate someones prettiness without wanting to date them), thinking “this is what people do with crushes!” i know she will never read this and i’m not going to say her name, but i am actually genuinely sincerely so so so so so sorry
