For my slightly older animations I'd use https://acedio.github.io/animalese.js/ to generate sound files and insert into blender/line up with text manually! For very recent anims like Furret, recently I dug up all the New Leaf voice sound files and made my own messy voice generating blender script to save time on setting voice up and be a slight bit more accurate, not sure if I like the result more though >.<

I do but really really really really really infrequently! I recommend sending me a DM with references and I might get to it someday 😵‍💫
