i think that after the scene between Moon and Caine, it got me thinking, that the guys at C&A did got it right, they just didnt thought that by programming Caine maybe creativity and free will go hand in hand and that free will (and also love) are inherent (eventually all the npc will develop like caine, free will outside their programming).

And i believe that Caine won against his brother(creative idea of consuming him) because he was more able to adapt and be creative in his methods, unlike his brother (blue) who was more logic/rigid/do what you are ask with the inputs, maybe that incompabililty was also what made caine glitch with of blue's influence(if i dont control humans they will kill me, quick cold logic).
