The Future Has Already Been Decided...

Screw the World Order just being a set of rules about how you aren't supposed to tell people you're from another world. Give me a vaguely sentient, ancient magic that was tossed up like a prayer when the worlds became separate. Give me an angry, possessive, virus-like being that watches every world like a goddamn hawk for the very second someone toes out of line.

Give me valiant heroes and villains in their prime getting a little too big for their britches and deciding it's time to expand their business to the next world over. Give me magic ripping their powers, their abilities, everything they've ever worked for away as payment. Sure, you can slowly regain your abilities as you travel...but you better keep running. And running. Because if you settle down, even for a few weeks, a month, the World Order is going to slam straight back into your ass like a vengeful spirit.

Give me KH1 Donald and Goofy panicking because they've got a 14 year old island bumpkin with a Keyblade who assumes the Court Magician and Captain of the Guard know what they're doing- and sure, they do. But this is the first time they've been off world in ten years and the World Order is not kind. Donald can barely throw a fireball. Goofy picks up his shield and doesn't remember which side he's supposed to hold onto.
