It's interesting.. How we trauma vics can still, subconsciously, expect some sort of apology from whatever/whoever hurt us.
Most of us are stuck in the perpetual victim-mentality, hoping that life or a lover will give a shit about us and save us from our own hell.
It's OUR hell. WE are the only ones that can pull OURSELVES out of it. Not your parents. Not your friend. Not your lover. Not your pastor/rabbi/priest. No human can. 🖤

Trauma from being ostracized from your friends, community and even family induces a feeling of almost literal invisibility. When you begin toying with the possibility of being completely hypothetical, it makes you reckless with complete disregard for your life.
Sometimes the only one who will ever see you is yourself. So please. Look in the mirror more. Until you stop hating what you see.

In the last diary entry, we saw how sometimes simply acknowledging our deep hurt doesn't suffice for the traumatic impacts you might still feel, right up until your death. So here we see how a lot of us then opt to overcompensating by throwing our hearts to the nearest trash bag human we can find, and expect some level of reciprocity. We're still learning. Give us some time.

Bring brave enough to confront your traumatic experience/s isn't enough to make the pain disappear. Nothing will make it vanish. Sometimes being aware of just how fucked we are, sinks us deeper into the bottomless pit that is our own private, personalized hell. So.. How do you deal with this demon called Trauma?
