Now. Why's it referred to as scales evened out by blood.
Cause simply put if Subaru dies and uses Return by Death a lot then most of the timelines in reach will be sorted into good ones cause the bad ones will be avoided by Subaru. But if Deaths Fated Routh is used more then there is less chances for Subaru to die cause the right timeline will be set faster at the cost of Deaths Fated Routh users dying more.

Back story
Sasha, No last Name, was a war orphaned child who got sold to the Former Fool of the Arcane Mafia at age 3. He practically grew up in the depths of the main circle of the Arcane Mafia.
The Arcane Mafia are a brutal neutral largely self serving faction between the two nations of Westails and Ostania. The Mafia it self has two of its groups on either side. The Suit of Swords and the Suit of Pentacles for Westalis. And The Suit of Cups and Suit of Wands for Ostania.
The Arcane Mafia themselves are under the control of what is thought to be one person. I reality it's a group of 22 people each of them based of one of the Major cards. These people make the main decisions and have no idea about each others names, ages, genders and identities unless some one slips up on thier own.
Sasha ended up killing and taking over the role of The Fool when he was 13. Doing it out of self defence of attempted Assult.
By the time he's 16 he has been incharge for 3 years. Hes the youngest of the main group. During a targeted raid he ends up crossing the border ending up in Ostania and hides in a alleyway.
Anya finds him when she hears the thoughts of some one mentioning that they need to hide. She looks and finds Sasha slumped against the wall. After listening in a bit more she gets intrested and thinks.
Wouldn't a Big Brother help with the Mission.
And immediately grabs Sasha. Sasha who's confused and worried about this little girl immediately Panics. Hides the wound and tries to get her back to her parent.
They run into Loid who sees Sasha and of course gets a bit worried with him and starts asking questions.
One thing leads to another and Sasha after lying and saying he's 13 and some other stuff ends up being adopted by Loid.
Cause While Anay can Target Damien
Sasha who lied and said he was 13 is being send to Target Damiens older brother Demetrius.
Sasha some what cheats to get into Edan and ends up playing in the same class as Demetrius.

Met when Kalim literally ran into him during orientation while on fire. Jamil looked away for like 5 seconds due to Grims fire ball and Kalim you go ahead and barrel into your first year, knock him over and twist his ankle. Kalim ends up taking Zahir to the infirmary due to the fact Zahir does put out his fire. This is how Jamil ended up meeting Zahir who was trying to get away from Kalim.
Zahir ends up just going 'finally some one responsible'
And just clings to him. Doesnt help he doesnt have the best experience with rich people. Unfortunately his danger radars broken so yeah.

On questioning with the Politicians child who is apperantly ZELOS did confirmed that this was something that was just consequential planned at the same time as the raid which the group didnt know off.
Due to the importance of gaining the knowledge of the breakthrough a hunt was started for all 15 members of the group.
Once found they where given the choice to work willingly for the government. Or all die. If even one person had refused they would have been killed due to ZELOS admission on how complex and important it was that all 15 of them had to be involved.
As of currently the group of 15 are living on somelevel in a top of the line facility under the Antarctic ice and are given allowance to leave to keep up public appearances when needed. Or when they want to
They still strictly refuse to produce any sort of bio weapons and are mainly focused on medical advancements.
As of currently neither of the 15 can be killed due to the fact thier deaths will cause a large set back and we as of now cant afford that.

Backstory
The O'Hare family are a family of Hare beastmen renowned for their clockwork skills. Related to the Rabbit family of Clock work makers who work for the queen this branch of the family is more grounded and lives and makes clockwork that is more geared towards the public.
The family lives in the same town as the Clovers and Rosehearts. With the Rosehearts being one if thier best clients.
Due to this and the fact that Marcus who was a bit Scatterbrained the Mr O'Hare and Mrs Rosehearts talked and it was decided that Marcus would be tutored by her during week days from 9 to 4. This was after the incident with Trey and Mrs Rosehearts conclusion that Riddle needed some controlled environment to learn social skills.
The two ended up somewhat becoming close but walls still stay standing.
Marcus didnt go to public or private school due to some bullying incident involving very bad teasing and name calling due to the fact he's a beast man and doesn't look like his family. Marcus and Riddle do on some level become close and finally get over the walls after Riddles overblot. But its still a climb.
NRC
During NRC first year Marcus and Riddle shared a room before Riddle became Housewarden. During the first week when Riddle became Housewarden Marcus basically dodged and stayed as far out of it as possible and only appeared after Trey got sacrificed as Vice Housewarden. He has constantly scored in top 20s and is known to be seen to suddenly bolt from one place to another due to.tje fact he sometimes forgets he's supposed to be somewhere untill there's 5 to 10 minutes on the clock.
Hes one of the fastest on campus and is known to do parkour.
Is known to always be. Right. On. Time. Never a moment late. Never a moment early. The time you asked him to come is the very time he will show up.
Personality
Known to be a bit Scatterbrained in the sense he is prone to forgetting and remembering things mundane and important at random. This isnt on purpose and sometimes is very frustrating for him for he will he thinking something then immediately the train of though takes a nose dive off a cliff and turn into a zip line.

A albino Hare beastman. Unlike the rest of his family who are more regular coloured.
His ears on the sides of his head and like in all of Yanas Beastmen designs the fact he has no human ears are hidden using his hair which is cut short with twin braids reaching shoulder on sides of head. A bit like Genshin Impact Ventis hairstyle but a bit more well kept and curled. Plus white in colour. And fluff.
Ears and tail are white as well but more of a pure white against the more darker white of his hair.
Pale skin with freckles on cheeks looking like some whiskers
Has a small compact runners build.
Redish pink eyes that are deep set in shape with some black eyeliner that makes his white eyelashes pop.
He uses some clear coloured mascara on his lashes.
Always wears a necklace of gold with a golden cased clockwork detailed pocket watch on it around his neck. The transparent cover of the watch shows the clock work inside along side a faint outline of a white rabbit running.

What this spell does is creat a black rabbit hole of a variety of sizes that can be used as transport. He has used these to get items like he's bags, books and even a bed once from point A to point B. This can also be used to transport people. The problem is that there is no way to predict where the item will appear from at Point B. Cause it could come out at the ceiling, the floor, the right wall, under the table.
