His music and the love he has for his home definitely saves him in the end, and I bet within in the year he figures out alternatives for getting blood, whether itās animal blood or blood packs, but he never abuses his power as a celebrity to get them.
When he joins Overwatch, I bet Mercy helps create some sort of supplements to help his blood thirst (kind of like the ones in Vampire Knight).
With a s/o, heād never feed off of them. Like they could be cool with it, but heād be against it since he doesnāt really trust himself to notā¦ ya know, kill them by accident.
Overall, I think Lucio would treat his vampirism like a former addict would treat their addiction. Itās a part of him, but it doesnāt define him and it certainly doesnāt control his life.
