Very unlikely he learns the reason he got kidnapped, he's a bit busy trying to murder someone. Plus it's completely reasonable of him to assume he's about to be tortured to death by an enemy ninja anyway so may as well go down swinging.
Could only be non-lethally subdued by an incredibly strong genjutsu or finding a way to deplete his last chunk of chakra without him realizing.
Given how much he trains with genjutsu master Itachi and his monster chakra reserves both those options are... Not easily viable.
