1. Life is truly incredible.
I’ve lived so many lives, some of which were worlds apart from my current one. Every time I return here, I’m struck by how wonderful and miraculous life is. It’s hard to put into words, but it’s this deep sense of reverence for the simple fact that you are alive.
2. Motivation doesn't play a role.
Most of the time, motivation only kicks in once you actually start doing the work. I’ve felt motivated both before and after shifting, but in my opinion, motivation only gets in the way. You end up chasing a result to satisfy you, but will you even feel that satisfaction when it comes?
3. The Butterfly Effect is real.
The tiniest flap of a butterfly's wings can completely rewrite reality.
4. I am never truly "ready" to shift.
Even when I intentionally shift to my DR, I’m never 100% prepared for what awaits me in another reality. However, shifting has helped me overcome my futurophobia (the fear of change and the future).
5. Only the result matters (methods are irrelevant).
Shifting is happening constantly. Methods are just there to provide a logical justification for the steps taken to reach a goal, but the result is all that counts. It’s the same as manifesting a million dollars while still going to work because you believe money can’t just fall from the sky—or using the 10k method for manifestation.
6. Self-concept and mental state don't matter.
I’ve shifted to my DR with my mental health in the gutter and a terrible SC, without ever seeing myself as some kind of "god."
7. Anything is possible. Literally everything.
Your intuition knew. You just waited for proof.

What is Yoga Nidra ?
Yoga Nidra is a type of a systematic guided meditation that relaxes your entire body deeply and drops your Brainwaves into Alpha, theta and lastly delta ( which is deepest the Brainwave ). When practicing Yoga Nidra, your mind and body will enter a calm state, perfect for accessing deeper consciousness, which will ultimately make entering the void state instant for you. Stage 1 : Conscious state →
In the early stages of meditation, we remain in the conscious state allowing our body and mind to go deeper in our Meditation practice and expand our consciousness. Beginning of our Yoga Nidra our mind goes from beta state to Alpha state.
Stage 2 : Half conscious sleep stage →
In this stage , our mind dips from Alpha to Theta state which is also know as the hypnogogic state. Theta state is a transitional stage between wakefulness and sleep. This what we experience before falling asleep. But in Yoga Nidra , we totally aware of it happening, while remaining awake. In theta state , you might see hypnagogic imagery like flashing images and dream scenes. You might get hypnic jerks , where your body starts to jerk and move by itself. It means you are going into deep consciousness. Try to remine still , when this happens. It only lasts a few seconds.
Stage 3 : Conscious Sleep stage →
This is stage is where Yoga Nidra brings you to the deepest level of minds and expands your consciousness in to the unconscious state of mind with you being aware. This state of mind is the doorway to Astral plane and can help you enter the void within minutes.

How do we practice Yoga Nidra :
In yoga we are taught to put our Focus/attention on the 61 points on our body. Causing each part of the 61 point to fall asleep energetically. The 61-Points exercise is an excellent practice for entering Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), which is a state where you are in deep sleep, yet are awake.
Instead of doing Yoga Nidra by yourself, you can use guided meditations that many anons have used on Tumblr to enter the void state. I'll link them for you <3.

How to Enter the Void State using Yoga Nidra :
♡ You can do Yoga Nidra , before bed preferably or during the day if you tend to fall asleep faster.
♡ Take some deep breaths in and out. And sleep in a position that you feel is comfortable.
♡ Use a Guided Meditation that I linked below there have success stories from them. So Guaranteed , it will help you.
♡ After listening and travelling through the 61 Points , you'll be in the Conscious sleep stage.
♡ Start focusing on your Affirmations, You can say " I am void", " I am" , " I am in the void ". And try to ignore all the symptoms and persist through them , Symptoms are just indicators that you are entering the void state.
♡ And within minutes you will be there in the void state and ready to manifest your dream life.
My Pov, why Yoga Nidra works :
This is literally the only method that I found extremely helpful, if you entering the void awake. In my personal opinion, Yoga Nidra takes you into a deep level of Meditation that relaxes and clams your mind and body, which makes entering the void so much easier. And it's so easy and compatible for everyone <3.

Everything is possible. Literally EVERYTHING is possible.
The void is just you at your purest form. So basically you're only awareness in the void. That's why it manifests instantly because the ego/physical is not in the way!
You can be exactly her. You can live that life with her exact face if you want! I would rather recommend you to just to fully understand LOA. Because LOA says you're pure awareness. An awareness is not bound to anything. You can be megan fox and live the same life. Yes, with same face, same wealth, same exact life!

i was so obsessed with the void for mamy years because i thought it was the key to living the life i've always wanted. i was fine with manifesting my desires in this reality but now that i'm older than i was when i first heard about the void, i'm more aware of how awful the world truly is so i decided there's no way i'm going to live happily here knowing all the horrible things other people might be going through.
i've known about shifting all these years but i never truly got into it because i didn't agree with the infinite reality theory most of them believe in so i pretty much ignored it. eventually my life got so bad that I didn't care anymore so i started trying to shift. deep down i really wanted to manifest my desires with the void because that's how i always imagined it. so i created a wr that has a portal to the void state and once i get to my wr, i'll manifest my desires there and live happily ever after.

i had just woken up and i was still tired. i started visualising my wr till i fell asleep. i visualised it so strongly that i felt like i was already there. i guess that was the most important part all along. feeling is the secret as neville goddard said. i think being tired made it easier for me to feel like it was real. i fell asleep and woke up in my wr just like that.
a part of me didn't think it was possible but i was willing to do anything to get out of my living situation. my original plan was to never come back but after getting there, i realised that i wanted to come back to tell people my story. so i didn't explore much because i wanted to get this out of the way and freely live my life.
before i left, i entered the void through the portal and manifested that i can enter the void anytime, anywhere instantly. i didn't want to risk shifting back here and getting stuck lol.
so that's my story. after this i will enter the void state again and manifest my dream life. like i mentioned before, i don't believe in the infinite reality theory so i'm manifesting when i leave this reality, it will cease to exist for me. it will be like i never existed for those who know me in this reality. i won't remember anything about this place and the only life i'll ever know is the one i manifest.
it wasn't easy to make this decision but i believe being completely done and cutting emotional ties to this reality is what made me shift so fast.

The moment you've been waiting for has finally come. I entered the void and manifested that anyone who says "I allow myself to enter the void state now" or says the word "void" will enter instantly.
A number of people were concerned that this won't work but your brain already works like this naturally. Hearing a certain song can instantly change your mood, a smell can bring back a memory in seconds, a notification sound can trigger anticipation before you even think, your body can wake up automatically before an alarm because it learned a pattern.
Some really good times to use it:
Right before sleep
Immediately after waking up in the morning
During hypnagogia/hypnopompic states
During/after meditation
After relaxing your body completely

I did it!
I tapped into the void state 😭😭😭 I’m genuinely so so so happy and shocked I can’t even begin 😭😭
I don’t want to get too into detail but my 3D was really shitty (TW) I had an abusive dad, my grades were terrible and I was almost failing every subject, I had terrible social anxiety and no friends, I was closeted and afraid to come out because of my dad— yeah life was just really terrible.
I’m going to talk about my void journey now, if you guys don’t want to know that and just want to know how I did it then it’s okay lol just scroll down. I want to talk about my void journey cause I know that there are many people like me who feel hopeless and want to give up, and I want them to know that they can still do it and why they shouldn’t give up.
So I found out about the void when solar subs posted her void subliminal. My only experience with LOA back then was subliminals so I had no idea what the void state was. Just for fun, I decided to use the sub followed the instructions someone had posted in the comments (stay still, deep breaths, affirm etc)
And when I tell you I was SO CLOSE. I could see flashing lights, I felt like I was being lifted up, the sound was slowly fading away… but since this was my first time and I hadn’t heard about the void before I got scared and opened my eyes.
Since then, I got obsessed. Like I said, I had a terrible 3D so I was really desperate for the void. But the problem was that I kept giving up and procrastinating after only affirming for like 15 mins.
my 3D was getting worse day by day and I was desperately trying EVERY NIGHT and failing.
Anyway. here’s how I actually did it:
Something really bad happened in the 3D and I got determined to tap into the void. I listened to the playlist you made (tysm btw 🥹) whenever I could throughout the day and at night I played celestial subs void subliminal. I promised myself that I’d keep affirming no matter what and won’t give up like I’d keep doing before. I just kept affirming. I kept persisting. I didn’t give up. It took me quite long compared to other anons - like 35 mins - but who cares? I have my dream life now and I’m finally happy.
to everyone who keeps procrastinating and giving up, and to those in terrible 3D situations - DONT GIVE UP!!! PLEASE. Who cares if it takes 35 mins, 1 hour or even 2 hours? It’s YOUR LIFE.

They're just thoughts. All you have to do is not identify with them. You can either flip them with a positive thought/affirmation, ignore them, or simply observe them and let them pass. They only have as much power as you allow them, so don't worry about feeling them! We're humans, we can't be expected to be happy 24/7! Just remember who you are and the power YOU hold!

⭐️ part three of the understanding consciousness & non dualism series
in the last post you learned how everything is consciousness (you) because everything is a form of consciousness:
you are only consciousness (your real identity) that plays the role of a human being
this "human being" is a form of consciousness bc consciousness is all there is
labels such as "human" make it seem that things are separated from you when this is false bc everything is one -> consciousness (non dualism)
things only exist once you are conscious of them so everything you are aware of can only be consciousness
you are always aware; right now you are aware of these words, when the human body sleeps, you are aware of dreams
1. why none of this is real
ok so we all know we are only consciousness in a "world" full of forms of consciousness such as the government, school, the sun, "your" phone, water, thoughts and any other things you are aware of. since consciousness is your true identity, you, consciousness is the only real thing. yes, these forms of consciousness are not separated from you bc they are you, but these forms of consciousness are also not real. lets use thoughts as an example: thoughts are forms of consciousness bc everything is consciousness but thoughts also come and go; they are temporary. consciousness / awareness never comes and goes bc its permanent. you are always consciousness whether you know it or not, whether you believe it or not, whether you like it or not. consciousness (you) is real while everything else (forms of consciousness) comes and goes and therefore are not real. how do you know forms of consciousness come and go? remember in my first post of this series when i used the example of the wall? 15 seconds ago you were not aware of the wall but now you are bc i pointed it out. so now since you are aware of the wall, it exists to you. before i pointed it out, it did not exist to you. because you can be aware of it one time and not be aware of it another time, it is temporary; forms of consciousness come and go.
forms of consciousness can exist but can never be real bc they are temporary ; your true nature: consciousness, is the only real thing bc it can never leave & bc consciousness is the source
the human body is not real, "your" feelings of anxiety are not real, that embarrassing thing that happened 2 years ago is not real, the president is not real etc.
2. this is all an illusion
the mind and ego thinks that all this is real and that the phone "you" are holding is separated from you. this is the illusion: things seem separate and real but arent.
if the body feels physical pain, that is an illusion bc consciousness (the real you) is not physically in pain. that pain is not even real bc it is a form of consciousness; you are aware of the pain therefore the human body "experiences" this pain. you as consciousness does not experience pain; consciousness only observes, you are only aware / conscious of things. ego thinks the pain is real but as consciousness, there is no pain. everything is an illusion.
remember that emotions, pain, pleasure, etc are all things that the human body experiences. you are not the human body.
3. everything is imagination
consciousness = imagination ; you dont have imagination, you are imagination.
bc consciousness = imagination, everything else (forms of consciousness) is imagination also bc consciousness also = the source.
when some ppl think of imagination, they think of visualization. visualization is a loa method and imagination is who you are (consciousness). imagination is not only limited to visual images; you can imagine the smell of a chocolate cake or imagine the feeling of grass or imagine the sound of a car's horn.
if you were to imagine a phone, it is not any less "real" than the phone "youre" holding right now. both are imaginary. these forms of consciousness are imaginary. nothing in this "life" or "world" is "real" bc everything is imagination. if you were to imagine a desire, it exists instantly. by now we should know that there is no "3d" or "outer reality" but if that desire was present in the "3d," it is no different than if you were to imagine it. its all consciousness/imagination.
these forms of consciousness are consciousness so everything is imagination, there is no difference between this "reality" and "imagination" ; its all consciousness
there is no pain, there is no government, blah blah blah, its all imagined and its all consciousness. there is nothing to be worried or scared of.
right now you are aware of these words. close ur eyes and the words are gone. the "words" were never real to begin with. it is all just consciousness. its an imaginary illusion. even with your eyes closed, you still are awareness, this time you are aware of black blankness and this blankness is still consciousness. this "outer world" does not exist when you are sleeping right? its not real bc when u sleep and dream, it does not exist, you are not aware of it. its the same as when u dream and wake up, the dream is imaginary/not real.
understand: you are imagining everything. this is not real. this is an illusion that is only ever consciousness. there is nothing more powerful than you. you are power itself.

how to know you are only consciousness
⭐️part one of the understanding consciousness & non dualism series
you are consciousness. you are not the body or the mind or the ego or the thoughts or experiences; those are what you think you are, they are the false self because the real you is....consciousness.
nothing can exist without you being conscious of it first. things exist because you are aware of them and as consciousness, you are always aware and can only be aware. for example, you are aware of these words right now right? 10 seconds ago you were not aware of the wall or sky above you so it did not exist to you 10 seconds ago. most likely, you are now aware of the wall/sky bc i pointed it out so now, the wall/sky exists to you. you are consciousness/awareness and you are always aware of something.
since you are always aware and things only exist when you become of aware of them, the only thing you are is awareness = consciousness.
"you" are looking at your screen right now and "you" read these words but what is the thing that acknowledges or notices that the screen is there or that the words are there? consciousness, awareness. look at "your" shirt or hand or an object and tell me how do you know its there. you might say its because you see it with "your" eyes or you feel it on "your body" but that would be incorrect. you are only consciousness; you are not the human body. the shirt and words are there bc you are aware of them; you (consciousness) are observing them. i use quotations on the "you" to emphasize the fact that this human body is not you, that is your false self:
(human body, ego, emotions, thoughts = false self ; consciousness, awareness, the observer, imagination = your true self, identity)
let me give you another scenario: let say you cannot see anything, you cannot hear, touch, taste, or smell anything. you would still be aware and know that you are still present because you are always consciousness and you are always aware. the removal of the five senses and human body cannot remove the fact that you are awareness. the five senses do not matter because consciousness is all there is. if there was no human body, you would still be aware because consciousness / awareness is your true identity. think about it though: if there were no five senses, you would still be aware. this proves that the five senses are not you, the human body is not you, consciousness is what you really are and only are.
let me speak more about the human body and thoughts, emotions, etc. when "you" (your false self / human body) experiences pain, that comes and goes therefore its temporary. you, consciousness, is only aware of that pain and when you think you are the human body, you think that you are experiencing this pain which is false. let me give you a personal example: one day i was sitting on my couch doing my homework and everything was quiet but i got up and i kicked down my big ass metal water bottle that was on the floor and it fell over and made a really loud noise. since i forgot the water bottle was there and because i got scared of the sudden noise, i literally heard and felt my heart beating so loud. at the same time, it was raining quietly outside and i remember hearing my heart beating but i thought no, i hear it bc im aware of it so i turned my attention to the sound of rain outside (i became aware of the rain) and when i did, i literally didnt hear my heart beating anymore bc i was not aware of it and i was aware of the rain instead; my beating heart did not exist in that moment. then i became aware of my heart beating again instead of the rain and i heard and felt my heart again and not the rain.
the point of this story is that, that "pain" or "feeling" left once i was not aware of it anymore. it was temporary because my true self (consciousness) was not really feeling that pain; the false self felt the pain of "my" heart beating only because i was aware of it. same thing applies with thoughts, they are temporary, they come and go while consciousness never leaves. "you" think you are the one who thinks these thoughts which is false. why? ... because you are only awareness. these thoughts exist only bc you are aware of them. as consciousness, you can only be aware, you can only be the observer; you cannot experience pain, pleasure, etc. you only observe, be aware of that pain and pleasure. the ego is also the false self. ego = thoughts, beliefs, emotions. when you think that learning about non dualism is hard, that the ego that makes it seem hard to understand, thats not the real you (consciousness).
now you know that you are not the human body, you are consciousness that is observing, being aware of the human body and those so called experiences and feelings, etc.

non dualism got me understanding that nothing is serious. countless of times i would remember that i had heavy anxiety and panic attacks and thoughts that were crazy intrusive and now that i think back on them its like they were never that serious… ask yourself, when you feel depressed or full of anxiety, who feels it? what benefit does anyone get by stressing and worrying? feelings and thoughts come and go, they arent permenent therefore they arent real so what is there to stress about? in the present moment when “you” feel down and intrusive, are you the one who is feeling those feelings? are you the one thinking those thoughts? nope. ya already know consciousness is the true self. you are only observing that “experience” which ego takes it as real bc thats all ego knows. ego is conditioned and asks too many questions and creates issues where there are none. next time you get bad feelings, step back and be pure awareness. whos thinking these thoughts… not me… whos suffering? not me. whos thinking thoughts… not me.. all this is an illusion… its a game… why would i take an illusion seriously?
lets say “i” stub my toe. the body feels the pain but i (consciousness) can only be aware of the pain. the illusion part is that is feels as if IM the one whos in pain. thats not true, thats why its an illusion, a dream. i can only be aware bc everything is awareness. i am forever aware. i am effortlessly aware. right now you are aware of these words right? effortlessly. bc thats who you are. you can only be aware of things not “feel” or “stress” or “think”. those are all unreal and illusionary.
you are always awareness but pure awareness is when there are no thoughts just pure observing. observing without judgment from the ego. ask your self the questions from above again. none of which ego is “feeling” is real. understanding non dualism means you have finally realized that “suffering” and “pain” and “failure” are imaginary concepts. nothing is real and when nothing is real, nothing is serious. “life” becomes more fun and free and full of happiness bc thats exactly what consciousness (you) is.

The void
1. You do not enter the void. The void is already within you. The void is not a room you enter or exit. It is with in you. The only thing you need to do is observe it. Feel it. Became conscious of it.
2. Get rid of the attitude that you need to put a lot of work in to enter the void.

Anyway I might write about my experiences and my process at some point
HIIII PINK!!! When I heard you were leaving I was so sad I even started crying and started to doubt myself on entering the void. I was like “how tf am I going to get into the void without pink???” I started procrastinating reading some of your post basically stalking ur page staying up til 4 in the morning (I was desperate 😭). I realized that I already read all of ur post, nd I just was surprised on how much time I wasted trying to get into the void. And I always dreamt abt putting a success story in your inbox. I already had all the knowledge i needed so what’s the point of more? I deleted tumblr and thought of anything that could help me get in the void. I did SATS while listening to my subliminal playlist, i daydreamed abt the void and my desires for fun, i affirmed for my void concept randomly throughout the day, feeling of the wish fulfilled, listened to delta waves when I was abt to sleep, and I meditated once a day for 10 mins. Meditation was optional but whateva 🤷♀️. I ONLY DID THAT FOR THREE FREAKING DAYS. And Im still mad at myself for wasting time procrastinating for 9 months. I was going to take a nap and I was in a drowsy state, so might as well affirm for the void right? I started saying affs like “I’m in the void”, etc etc. Once I started affirming, everything was just calm Yk? My body wanted to move but it was like it couldn’t cause the state I was in was calm asf. So I closed my eyes and just repeated the affs in my head over and over and over until I got this feeling like as if my body was floating, then I payed attention to it for a split second then ignored It after. I kept on affirming then I felt like I was being pulled then let go and it was as if I was falling. Everything got darker and quieter. So then I got scared and jumped because that scared me soo bad (I’m a easy person to scare 😔). After that, I felt like I was actually a master at the void, I took a nap again and I had the same feeling but when I felt like I fell I kept my calm. Then I couldn’t hear my fan which was louddd, I opened my eyes to total darkness, I was scared for two seconds and realized I was in the void!! Ngl I had a whole list set up with my desires and I was ready to affirm and goooo!!! But I realized how calm the void is and stayed there for what felt like 5 minutes. I did affirm I had all my desires and that I was able to wake up in the void under 5 seconds. When I woke up from the void it was 9 pm and I took a nap at 2!!! I woke up with all of my desires nd shi. (I would explain in more detail in how I got in and stuff like that but I was in a rush and didn’t want to make this too long 😀)
