I mean, what?

Does anyone else’s mind create expectations of how things are supposed to feel (being in a relationship, being with friends, etc) and when you are in that situation but don’t feel how you simulated it and it makes you feel like something is off? Its really dumb because it creates fantastical expectations (which are just unrealistic) and then makes you feel bad cause life isn’t like the fantasy you imagined. Anyone else feel that way?
