When I got to SM Lanang, I heard Solenn and Georgina just arrived but I needed to go to the bathroom and change my diaper. The first bathroom I went to was full so I looked for another bathroom and there I found my urine had blood. I wasn't on my period. I haven’t had it for over 3 months now but I was sure it wasn't period blood. I stayed there for a while because I was scared and in pain. I couldn't really move much because every now and then I would pee a little. When I went back to the atrium, I saw a lot of people had these stickers on their books with numbers on them and I asked around where could I get mine. They said there were no more stickers. I got really bummed and sat beside a display of t-shirts near the atrium.

I called my mother about what I saw in my diaper, she told me they were on their way. I sat there for hours praying to God that hopefully I don’t have kidney problems. I saw my mom arrive and searching for me in the crowd. I walked towards her, she said she thought I was already sitting on one of the barricaded group of chairs. I told her I didn't get a sticker and I wanted to go home because I was really uncomfortable. She kept pushing me not to waste the opportunity because she knew I was really looking forward to this day. A former classmate of mine told me that those who didn’t have stickers were still allowed to take a selfie with them after those who had one. I was pushing myself to the front of the crowd until I finally got in. Sos and George were kind enough to extend their stay to accommodate everyone who waited.

We wrote on the wall but we were hesitant about joining the photo contest because we were in uniform. I didn’t want to waste the opportunity so I asked them to take a photo of me with the Piolo Pascual standee. I also took selfies with the Enrique Gil standee, which I think looks legit.

Unexpectedly that evening, I was tagged to a post saying I was one of the 10 winners. I was so excited, I couldn't believe it. I immediately texted Cymarie to be my plus one. What got me worried was that I didn't have anything to wear because they were requiring us to dress-up in cocktail attires in black or champagne. All my fancy clothes are in my closet at my province, which was bad because I couldn't just travel there and then back again. I’m a bit of a big girl so Cymarie and Sydney’s clothes won’t fit me. My only option is my trusty credit card. Hopefully, I’ll find a way to pay for it. 

August 12, 2015 (Wednesday)

The next day, my girl friends and I answered our Bacteriology manuals at Abreeza Ayala Mall, claimed my invitation at The Belo Clinic, then went on a search for the perfect dress. After looking from store to store, We finally found it at Soul which is a clothing store local in the Philippines. We called it the “Georgina dress” because it was something we thought Georgina Wilson wore somewhere. When I bought the dress we received a text message saying that we were going to have a quiz so we rushed to get a taxi which I paid for because we knew we weren't gonna make it by jeepney. When we got to the laboratory, they already started and our teacher won’t let us take the quiz.

After the class, our course had a general meeting so that gave me time to put on my make-up. I finished putting on my make-up as the meeting ended and I was ready to leave but Cymarie didn't want to come with me anymore because we had to do a graded return demonstration on WBC counting. I was so bummed but I didn't want to get a zero on this activity, especially because I didn't want to fail a subject again and so did Cymarie. We’re both transferees but that’s another story. We were the fourth to perform and as soon as we finished our teacher gave us permission to leave.

 I paid the taxi ride back to Abreeza but we were too late. It was 6pm, I asked a guard and an usherette who gave us freebies what went on during the event. As we left Abreeza, I noticed there was a camera crew outside Seda Hotel (beside Abreeza Mall). I told Cymarie we should check it out but she wanted to go home, so she did and I went alone. There I saw Mrs. Cristalle Belo-Henares shooting for Belo 101. A Belo TV show on Lifestyle Network. I was so thrilled watching her in action and to know what it’s really like when they shoot these sort of things in person. When they finished shooting, I came close to a crew member holding props and asked him if I could take a photo with Ma'am Cristalle. He didn't respond but some other crew member called me over and asked if I wanted a photo with Ma'am Cristalle and immediately I said yes. He took my phone and told me to hurry up as I placed my things on the ground. This day still ended ok, I was happy.
