In love with Catherine Tate

A box of kittens was given away for free in an elementary school parking lot here. This is the largest city in my state. One of the kittens became ill and later tested positive for rabies. All of the other kittens in the box and every single person who petted them in the parking lot had to be tracked down, and many of these people had to get painful and incredibly expensive shots. The kitten obviously died. I still have no idea if the people giving away said kittens were ever found and hopefully they were not bitten.

Yup. Just checked. Still the world’s deadliest virus. Once the symptoms of rabies develop, the fatality rate is *checks notes* 100%.

I’m relatively new to DW. I started to watch the Eccleston era at the beginning of 2023, and quite recently I finished the 60th anniversary special. And of course my favourite duo is Ten/Fourteen and Donna.

I knew that David and Catherine would return for the anniversary special, and because I wanted to avoid spoilers I held myself back from browsing the Doctor x Donna tags here on tumblr. Although I was happy with the ending we got for Donna and the Doctor, I was sad at the same time, because we had to say goodbye for good this time. However I was looking forward to finally enjoying all the content the fandom created for those two, especially for Fourteen x Donna.

And I have to say I’m a bit disappointed. I guess the part of the fandom, that shipped Donna and the Doctor was never that big in the first place (?), therefore it isn’t surprising that there isn’t as much content in general, romantic/ shipping content anyway. Posts that celebrate their friendship are plentiful. So I guess my question is: Where is all the sexy Donna x Doctor fanart?😅

And one last thing: What is the fandom’s (the Donna x Doctor shippers) opinion on Shaun or rather Shaun and Donna’s relationship?

He's not your usual male calico kitty as it turns out. That's already cool and rare, but he's even cooler and rarer than that!
