for summer: it's summer and you're in a shape like that? you know, i thought you were gonna lose all that fat before summer but here we are... you know it's really not that hard to lose that small amount of fat before june. i mean if you start now, who knows how close you can get to your gw... just get out of the kitchen for a snack and look at your phone for all i care. just trying to help you baby, but it's you who needs to do the work not me or tumblr. youre bit gonna lose 10kg or anything like that just by liking or reblogging a post, but it will give you motivation. you are the one in control. dont get lost in the kitchen. f o c u s
