It’s cool and all if Netflix wants to make Wednesday about female friendship. I just personally think that if they were going to do that, they shouldn’t have made the girls be roommates, given them opposite color palettes and aesthetics, heavily queer-coded one of the girls and included lesbian and bi colors in her clothes, given them a golden retriever and black cat dynamic, directly paralleled them to Gomez and Morticia (the romantic couple of all time), and made both girls have absolutely no chemistry whatsoever with any of their male “love interests.”

What annoys me the most about Enid and Bruno's relationship (besides the fact that she's in love with Wednesday lmao) is that he's exactly the kind of person she's supposed to like. I think they probably won't end up together, because if they do it would be terrible storytelling; girl is insecure, doesn't fit in, isn't who her parents want her to be, so she becomes exactly who her parents wanted her to be. My babygirl better have more screen time in part two, because we're running out of time for a good character arc

the yellowjackets fandom is so intelligent and always coming up with the most heartwrenching theories and yet we cant come up with good ship names??? like parkinglot is the only one i can think of. come ON guys lets get to work!!

I was literally just thinking this!!! I finally got around to watching Yellowjackets, so naturally the first thing I do is look up Jackie/Shauna fics only to find out the main ship name is literally jackieshauna smh. My current thoughts are something like slaughtercaptain or butchercaptain

Butcherprincess would be so cool! Frostbite might be my favorite too, ngl... I really like the idea of something that involves "butcher", but as soon as I saw frostbite it kind of stuck, and once I start subconsciously referring to a ship a certain way there's no going back lol. Now how to get the rest of the fandom to catch on...
