I am an autotheist and this is our transID tips blog. We are a system but I will be the only one to post on this account. Our Archangel Gabriel may also post occasionally. But this account is strictly for our religious alters

-foot drop, this is pretty easy to fake it till you make it. Bad legs for whatever reason typically will experience foot drop occasionally. This is where the muscle is to weak to fully lift the foot, so occasionally just drag the foot of your bad leg don’t actually fully lift it.

-always try to be close to a wall that’s on your good side, so you can lean on it if standing for a while

-you can also buy a full leg compression sleeve online and sometimes even at things like a rite aid or cvs. Putting one of these on your bad leg could help from getting dysphoria about having a good leg as it’s just feeling stronger cause of the compression sleeve.

-makeup can also be used to mimic discoloration if that is something that you crave, just watch light acc videos or wing it

-try to have as much interaction when talking to people be by mouth. Actual interaction with people is a common cultural belief. This goes into the second tip

-tell alot of stories, try to keep them spiritual or about things you’ve experienced first hand in the past. Storytelling is also a huge cultural practice

-don’t wear alot of tight light colors. A lot of traditional fashion is very flowwy and breathable. And colored like black, red, yellow and blue are common color choices for clothes

-this is a bit stereotypical but also true, wear turquoise jewelry. It’s a common jewelry choice.

-learn the basics of the language, from a verified source ofc, alot of misinformation regarding the language is out there

-if one alter does not want to recover in the end it will keep the whole system from fully recovering

-if you hold any power at all in your system it could help to start lightly bullying other alters building up to more extreme measures

-get into tulpamancy, the process of willing alters into existence to do certain things. Creatingsome persecutors could help the system in the end stay disordered. Or if unable to create alters/forcefully split, you could take on the persecutor role

-it also may help to explain your side of the story to your fellow alters.

-if alters try to force you guys to recover you can force those who are extremely for recovery into dormancy

(Trans angel wings tips)

-decide how big your wings are, you must first be able to envision yourself with them

-walk through doors sideways so you don’t bump your wings, after a while that would get painful

-when sleeping under your regular blanket wrap your upper body in a white sheet. This can imitate being bundled in your wings for warmth

-walk with very little gorse or pressure. Walking lightly can imitate your wings flapping slightly when you walk and your wings flapping would lift you up slightly

-always assume the worst about people and make it so bad your intensely paranoid around new people/places

-hold odd beliefs, say you believe even if you don’t actually in things not the social norm. Ex:aliens, the gov is lizard people

-dress in odd ways, ways that aren’t normal. A lot of hippies and similar styles are associated with StPD

-talk fast/ramble any time your given the chance. People with StPD are known for odd speech patterns

-decide what you’re role is in this verse is, ex: omega/alpha/beta/delta/enigma ect ect

-find a specific scent you really like, now wear only that scent and vary how strong you get the scent on you based on how your roles mating cycle is

-act nervous around those with certain scents. Not extremely but look like your waiting any moment to leave

-act confused when people talk about women you assumed were alpha being pregnant, and even more confused when people say guys can’t get pregnant.

-get some skincare to help make your skin softer to the touch

-wear more pastel clothes that can remind people of plushies and stuffed animals as the colors are gentle and comforting to the eyes

-try to wear softer clothes like satin. It is warm and light which can remind people of the softness of a stuffed animal.

-wear children’s hair clips in your hair as that can also remind people of their childhood and the gentleness of their stuffed animals

-when in an argument or disagreement with others keep your fists clenched, it may show the other person that your having violent ideations without actually saying it

-online never end the argument yourself, always keep it going and don’t feel afraid to jump to conclusions in your messages

-resting bitch face, always try to make sure you look pissed. Rarely look happy.

-look at weapons online, it can help create ideation.

(TransPandas disorder)

-create a list of both vocal and physical tics, the vocal tics with pandas are not actual words they are things like grunts. Start doing these tics all of a sudden, pandas seems to come out of nowhere.

-imitate ocd symptoms, ex: intrusive thoughts, excessive cleaning of one’s self, do things like repeatedly checking if doors are locked

-occasionally refuse food

-get a more messy handwriting as pandas can affect one’s motor skills

-act unable to tolerate alot of bright light/noises as pandas can trigger sensory issues

(Trans ataxic cerebral palsy tips)

-use speech to text in order to help you type, as often times with ataxic cerebral palsy it is harder to type/do anything fine motor skills wise.

-practice a wide gate when walking as people with ataxic cerebral palsy often have a wide tremoring gait

-when walking up or down stairs cling to the wall or railing as with ataxic cerebral palsy you have little to no depth perception and without depth perception stairs become much harder. You are much more likely to fall down the stairs

-when changing what your looking at or looking around move your eyes slowly in order to mimic the slow gaze that people with ataxic cerebral palsy have

Null autistic/trans neurotypical tips

-always look at peoples faces when talking to them, preferably look at their eyes but if that’s to hard try to focus on their eyebrows instead. People need to see you as focused on them and most neurotypical people feel payed attention to when others look at their eyes.

-keep all your skills pretty much at the same level, do your best not to focus on 1 specific thing. Even out all of it

-try to not keep a schedule and be sporadic cause change is ok, you don’t have specific plains layed out that must stay in place no matter what
