Updated bio for my TADC OC
So. I realise I BARELY talk about my TADC OC Dani, but I'm updating her lore cos I have so many ideas for her (and like three oc x canon ships for her cos this silly show has taken over my brain)

Appearance: A wooden doll with batlike wings and a pink star on her right cheek
Personality: A genuinely kind person, though she has no problem standing up for herself. However, Dani has developed a crippling fear of isolation especially after learning of what happens to those in the circus that reach their breaking point...
Backstory: Before the circus, Dani was a humble coffee barista named Daisy who didn't have that big of a social circle. She found joy in fandom spaces online and as a gamer in her spare time, despite her soul crushing job. Unfortunately, always coming back to an empty apartment left Daisy feeling empty and unfulfilled. One night, desperate to get out of the house, she stumbles across an old abandoned building with the door left slightly ajar. It is here where she finds the headset near a computer that is somehow still running a game called "The Amazing Digital Circus".
And now, OC TRIVIA TIMEEEEE
- Dani arrived in the circus at an interesting time. Ribbit and Kaufmo were still alive, Jax hadn't arrived yet and the only other ones there were Ragatha and Kinger. Naturally, she was freaked out but was welcomed warmly by the strange and cartoony figures around her. Especially Ragatha, who went out of her way to make her feel at home, and Caine, who INSTANTLY became attached.
- Dani's room is styled after the whole pop art aesthetic and there's a whole shelf of comic books that she gladly indulges in.
- Dani's first friend in the circus was Ragatha, and the two spent a lot of time together.
- Dani was good friends with Ribbit while she was alive, and as a result has a friendship with Jax (he's more of a chaotic influence by the time Pomni arrives)
- Unfortunately, since Gangle spawned in almost immediately after Ribbit's abstraction, Dani will always see her as filling the empty space where one of her closest friends used to be.
- She's besties with Pomni, they immediately started vibing once Pomni was properly adjusted to life in the circus.
- Although Caine did almost give her a heart attack when she first arrived, she actually likes his adventures. No one gets it, but who are they to judge?
- Terrified of being alone now, thanks to the possibility of abstracting. She also has chronic anxiety, so the second she starts feeling overwhelmed and no one is around, she'll immediately find someone to hang out with.
- She's in a poly with Ragatha, Zooble and Caine (They all share her, even if Zooble almost kicked Caine's ass when this became apparent)
- When Zooble arrived, Dani instantly had a crush on them. It took a while for Zooble to let her in, though, but after that safe to say they would raise hell for their girlfriend.
- Ragatha and Dani are ADORABLE together. Ragatha has a tendency to put other's wellbeing above her own, so Dani has to remind her that she matters too.
- The Spudsy's adventure basically consisted of Dani and Ragatha getting high on stupid sauce and ragebaiting Gangle.
- Dani's dynamic with Caine is...a unique one. I don't believe for a minute that this goofy idiot wasn't instantly teeth over heels for the cute wooden doll that spawned in that day and even went as far as to make her first adventure a Dungeons and Dragons themed one, since her mind files told Caine she's a bit of a nerd.
- She actually found his craziness endearing, and after a long while they were together.
- They're literally the definition of "What do you see in that guy?" "He makes me laugh."
- Overall, she adjusts better than most, save for the trauma. Perhaps the circus is where she can truly thrive...
