I finished the comics I've abandoned this summer. If you're not familiar with the fandom, in the game you are a farmer and could build relationships with npcs, give them gifts. And to marry one you should give them a special pendant that sells a wierd man on the beach in a rainy day.

Here is a pile of screenshots of the character I'm making for my courses. It's my first model in zbrush and and almost first serious 3d model ever, so I'm proud as hell with that. His hair nearly kill my hand with sculpting, hah. He's still in process and will own some clothes.

So many people get excited about Emmrich's romance... but I honestly don't see why it's better than any other romances in the game. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Emmrich character and his quest has very cool moments that stand out.

But romance... felt like we have established relationships already. Flirt, dinner, strolls, everything is calm and sweet. The only sharp moment is the argument before Gil. And we simply forget about it, like no big deal. We have the agument with Taash, too, and it IS mentioned further. Even after the Fade, while the other LI obviously struggle, discuss the future and feelings, God, even the Iron Neve does cry! - Emmrich is just as cool as usual. Yeah, he says that he worried, but I feel like there are no feelings behind the words. His sex scene is sweet... but doesn't give any deep additional insight into the relationship or the character. (It might add slight hint of spiciness if you expess the fear or underestimating of the necromancy from the beginning, like the attraction to the forbidden and so on, but only a hint.)

At the same time that's interesting that he does expess his anxiety about us to the companions in the banters. Generally, I've got the feeling that Emmrich has the habit to discuss his feelings with himself, cry or scream somewhere in the corner and then come to us as collected as always. Where is my hysterical shaken guy with thanatophobia?? Hell, that lively, emotional man does worry about Manfred in his quest more than about Rook.
