to be completely honest im glad 240s are skyrocketing in price. its encouraging more people to consider other, less popular cars to build and make awesome with their money.
Interesting point, but the flip side is still pretty shittyβ¦
Consider the possibility that in another 10-15yrs from now, when the trend dies down (or maybe not), just how impossible itβs going to be to find a reasonably unmolested chassis to work from.
Always loved me an S13 Coupe, but Iβm becoming more and more realistic w the fact that I will probably never own one worth paying forβ¦

That top point is one I didnβt consider but agree with. Lately Iβve been getting more into the Mark 2 supras, older fb rx7, and other similar cars. Itβs nice to encourage people to build other things but at the same time itβs very discouraging if youβre already in the 240 game such as myself knowing that the community or lack thereof around you is being ruined.
Same issue with E30 318is'. People are paying over $10000 for rusty dipshits with 200k miles over here in Germany.
