Make sure your words give grace to those you address. Recognize that your words shape your thoughts, actions, and interactions with others. Being mindful of your language can make a big difference in the way you perceive and approach the world around you. Strive to use language that uplifts, encourages, and inspires those around you, not letting your words tarnish or break the spirit of another to create a more positive and empathetic world.
Your words have so much weight and impact not only your own thoughts and behaviors but may improve the mood or spirit of those around you. Use language that fosters understanding, empathy and kindness. Recognize that you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of those around you by using your words for good.

Your soul knows. It will always tell you when it's time to distance yourself from those who no longer align with you mentally, emotionally, physically, or energetically.
“Freedom means the power to act by soul guidance, not by the compulsions of desires and habits. Obeying the ego leads to bondage; obeying the soul brings liberation.” Paramahansa Yogananda
can someone hire me as a lighthouse keeper. my grip on reality is soooo stable and i will behave so normally under conditions of extreme isolation. and i promise i wont try to fuck the light
“It’s important to make sure that we’re talking with each other in a way that heals, not in a way that wounds.”

To live a life so soft, I melt
“Don’t judge yourself by what others did to you.” - C. Kennedy
The most successful people in the world are the people who can self soothe. If you are being triggered and you look outward and you are angry at the person who triggered you, you are manifesting weakness. Instead look inward and recognize "ok someone has triggered me, that means I have an insecurity and I need to address my insecurity. "That is going to put you in a more powerful position moving forward.
The people who are successful can self soothe, they can stay emotionally calm in the midst of chaos. They are resilient and are always looking for solutions. Learn to switch out of problem mode, into solution form.
Most people can only see the problems. Stop focusing on what isn't going to work and start looking for a way that it will work. Do not get in your own way in an ego perspective. Do not stop at failure.
the goal is to recycle pain into love. to translate pain into tenderness. to use pain to build instead of to destroy.
“So often we try to make other people feel better by minimizing their pain, by telling them that it will get better (which it will) or that there are worse things in the world (which there are). But that’s not what I actually needed. What I actually needed was for someone to tell me that it hurt because it mattered. I have found this very useful to think about over the years, and I find that it is a lot easier and more bearable to be sad when you aren’t constantly berating yourself for being sad.” - John Green

Some old wounds never truly heal, and bleed again at the slightest word.
