Acceptance is a key catalyst for change as there can be no change without acceptance. Acceptance frees you from toxic mind loops, bringing mindful awareness that empowers you by keeping you grounded in the here and now. Acceptance is to surrender fully to ‘what is’ without judgement. Acceptance and surrender are not capitulation but an act of faith that permits your soul to guide you back into the universal flow of life.

People are gifts that God placed along your path by design. No one enters your life by accident.

Mindfulness is a powerful expression of care in action. Being mindful is defined as the quality of being considerate and caring towards others. Mindfulness matters, as the very act is generated from the heart which recognizes that we are all one. Your action will cause the recipient to feel affirmed, acknowledged and valued as a person when the rays of kindness touch them. 

By being mindful in your everyday you are demonstrating to others that you acknowledge and value their presence and deem them worthy of your attention and care. Integrate mindfulness into your interactions and observe how your being mindful allow others to feel safe enough to open up and bloom in your presence. 

Become still, know that quietude is the gateway to the inner sanctum of your heartland. In stillness, connect with the Sacred to remain in a state of high vibration, infused with love, in support of your spiritual evolution.
