The fact is that dicks have been used as a weapon against women and girls for as long as we can remember. Men have raped women and girls with their dicks. They’ve used their dicks to forcibly impregnate women and girls. They’ve used rape, and consequently their dicks, as a weapon of war against women and girls. They’ve found joy in flashing their dick to unsuspecting and unwilling women and girls, whether that be on the street in a trench coat or online via unsolicited dick pic. They’ve threatened women and girls with their dicks—in fact, many of the “trans women” whining about their dicks being viewed negatively are posting about how much they want to rape women and girls they call “terfs”. They’ve used their dicks to violate the corpses of women and girls. They’ve written countless myths, stories, legends, films, etc. And created countless art pieces where women and girls are raped with their dicks. They’ve used their dicks to torment homosexual women and girls with “corrective” rape.

Men and their dicks are the worst nightmare of women and girls: we commonly refer to what men and their dicks do to us as “a fate worse than death”.

It’s not that women and girls are scared of dick for no reason. It’s that we come from a long line of women, stretching back to the beginning of time, who have been terrorised by men using their dicks as weapons. It is so insulting and cruel to reduce this reality to “just being scared for no reason”.

also if there is not a single defining characteristic that is shared by every trans woman, a single characteristic shared by every cis woman, nor a single difference between trans women and cis women as groups, how are you even able to use “trans woman” and “cis woman” in a sentence? because what’s the difference? what qualities or characteristics of the members of each group are you grouping them together based on, and what different qualities make you separate them into two groups? hmm. seems like you know the difference between men and women already.

is there a term for strictly woman-loving-woman? YES!!!!! LESBIAN!!!!!!!!!!!! we have gotten to a point where there are 12 year olds on tiktok who GENUINELY don’t know that there is a word for women who are exclusively attracted to other women, because all they know is “non-men loving non-men”. that is so depressing to me. we are losing the ancient texts. it is not possible to be sexually attracted to someone’s internal gender identity. lesbianism and attraction to women is based on sexual attraction which is based on appearance, body, secondary sex characteristics etc. i know that’s a crazy concept!! that sexual attraction is based on appearance and sexual orientation is based on sex!! so crazy!!

if we were to group together all of the “non-men” that these people think it’s possible for lesbians to be attracted to, there would be not ONE ubiquitous commonality amongst every single one of them. there would be males, females, TIMs, nonbinary TIFS, nonbinary TIMS, people of both sexes and multiple gender identities and pronouns even including he/him. so why are we grouping them together? based on what commonality?

Well, they shouldn’t be. You should feel irked by plot holes, bad dialogue, horrible pacing, lazy characterization & terrible prose. It should markedly decrease your overall enjoyment. I think the more you get comfortable with that, the more you lose the ability to even realize when something is low quality. Stop hiding behind “I gave it five stars because I had fun” when people’s inability to discern quality is genuinely falling off of a fucking cliff because of this mindset.
