Salam everyone.
I really hope this post reaches more people.
Today I’m not sharing a verse or wisdom.
I would love for you all to share wisdom with me.
Whether that be from the Quran, from our beloved Prophets peace and blessings upon them. Or any poet that really sticks with you.
I want peace. And usually that comes from learning.
Please share!
“Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.”
13:11
I needed to hear this today.
This verse popped up on my feed. I thought I’d share this reminder:
I saw this today and I thought I’d share.
God speaks to us through the Quran.
If you want to speak to your creator, he is there waiting for you to turn open the page.

“The answer to a fool is silence.” - Rumi.
Don’t lose your temper and patience over people who deserve to learn these virtues: patience and love.
When someone doesn’t know how to be patient, teach them by your example.
When someone doesn’t know how to be caring, teach them by your example.
Lead by example, and don’t lose good deeds over others. You will wrong twice as many parties, yourself and them.
I saw this today and thought I’d share.
One of the names of Allah swt is “Al Wadūd” which means “The Most Loving”.
I don’t know what’s more comforting than that.
This is a bit more personal but recently I was told to not talk about the stories of our beloved Prophets peace be upon them e.g Ibrahim a.s, Musa a.s etc…
I was told I spit on their names when I “lie”.
For the past week that I was told this I felt terrible. I respect my prophets peace be upon them so much. I wish to follow their footsteps the best I can. It felt so gut-wrenching. How am I telling lies? By spreading the Quran? How am I spitting on their names?
A verse came to mind.
Surah Al Imran, 3:65
I also thought about a post I made previously. Speak good or be silent.
I know I am not the only Muslim struggling in a situation similar.
Doing dawah is not easy. And I always remind myself whatever I feel is just 0.1% or even smaller of what our beloved Messengers peace be upon them felt.
Today it hurts my heart people ridicule Islam and disrespect our beloved Messenger Muhammad s.a.w. It hurts.
I don’t know how to explain myself but I thought sharing this experience and verse could hopefully encourage others to keep going. Even if it feels impossible, keep going. Strive in the way of Allah swt. He loves and cares for us.
I’m not a perfect human, I have many faults but my purpose is to submit to God, and I will make mistakes but I will still try.
Lowkey this became a diary. So I’ll share one last verse (or 2 🤓)
If anyone ever tries to say “Islam is oppressive” or “Islam is terrorism”, please share this reminder that comes directly from the Quran.
Anybody who says these things has been wronged by the media in the west.
I always made fun of these people thinking it was a small minority but in the last few months I’m surprised to even say I’ve met more than one person who thinks these exact thoughts. As someone who read the Quran, I know these claims are not true. Always remember we humans have many faults, but our religion, Islam, has no fault. It is a perfect religion, but only those who are mindful would know.
Don’t isolate people who lack knowledge, encourage them to read and expand their knowledge.
Jummah Mubarak 🤍🤍🤍

Reading surah Maryam I learnt something.
People questioned her chastity- and most likely shamed and questioned her.
Allah swt told Maryam PBUH to not speak to anybody
That is when baby Isa a.s spoke from the cradle and defended his mother, also explaining he was a messenger of Allah swt.
Allah swt knew Maryam pbuh didn’t do any adultery. And obviously if someone came to you today and accused you of committing a crime you didn’t, the first thing you would do is try to clear your name.
Yet Maryam PBUH was ordered not to speak to anybody. And look at the miracle. Her baby spoke for her!
Today we feel lonely- people say bitter things to us, we might be correct even, but be patient. God has a plan for you.

Surah Maryam (19:26):
“So eat and drink, and put your heart at ease. But if you see any of the people, say, ‘I have vowed silence1 to the Most Compassionate, so I am not talking to anyone today.’”
A verse I stumbled upon today that made me change my mindset.
It’s just insane to me that at our fingertips we have so much information. The fact that I even read this chapter just a few weeks ago but this verse completely slipped my mind. To whoever posted this earlier, thank you and may God bless you, because it really brought me ease.
Helloooo!!
I’m gonna do a quick intro before I start posting some stuff here.
About me/this account:
- I’m a born Muslim!
- I love learning. My name translates to wisdom and the Quran itself says wisdom is a privilege (2:269)
- I enjoy respectful conversations about religion and Islam.
- I am going to start reading the New Testament soon to further increase my knowledge.
- I will be posting Islamic reminders for us all.
- I will debunk popular “facts” (not actual facts but opinions) on Islam.
- I will also post some poetry- recently discovered Rumi, I’m so obsessed!
Note:
- Be respectful.
- Ask me questions. In order for me to learn, I need more input. Other people won’t think the same as me so having more people ask me questions will honestly further help me.
-Again, I want to learn. I want all the world’s knowledge and I keep depriving myself. I made this account in hopes that I can learn and teach others what I know to the best of my knowledge.
- I am not a scholar. I do wish to be one one day, but as of right now, all of my facts will come from the Quran and Hadith (that are preserved).
- I do not wish to lie nor deceive anybody, my witness to my actions is God alone.
—————————————————————
I want to connect with people and be able to express my thoughts and feelings.
We are not perfect but I know striving to be better is all that matters, with that, I can’t wait to start up this account.
