NEW MISAWA FIC, FOLKS!
Eijun’s a thief and Miyuki’s an aristocrat, can I make it any more obvious?
Set in a fictional version of Venice during the Carnival, I bring you The Thief’s Carnival.
Pspspspss Dual narration, angst, long haired Miyuki with a cat and pining:
It smelled like lust. It smelled like decadence. Tonight it was all about forgetting the past and escaping behind the masks, codling the muse of pleasure, and transforming the self. This was a night to shed inhibitions, to twist reality as one desired, of partial truths and half lies. It was the night that marked the beginning of the Carnival.
The Carnival turned Venice into a stage and made everyone a performer. Foreigners became locals, men became women, and the commoners became nobles. Anything was possible. Maybe that was the reason why Kazuya found it so alluring.
