I also hate when they say "Omg I love X female character they serve so much!" Or things like that, when they don't really like the character, and they minimize it to aesthetics.

People don't like characters that are women unless they have an interesting aesthetic, but they don't like them in depth; I almost never see them delve into their own stories, what they want, their own problems, and their depth as individual characters. I've read just three or four well-written girl-centric stories, but considering how big the fandom is, it's not enough.

Furthermore, every female-centric work in the fandom is not as popular as those centered on male characters, when they are sometimes just as good or better.

It's like a problem that we are all aware of but no one really does anything to fix or overcome it.

"Homosexuality is inherently sexual and they can't reproduce so it shouldn't be in kids shows"

And this person was going on a whole tirade about how queer relationships are just sex

And someone else just responded with
