Water leaks under the catwalk and molds so bad! That siding is caulked back into place until it comes undone again, it’s a never ending cycle.

This lives under the tea bubblers

More mold. This sat in the walk in for several weeks because no one would toss it out until me and a coworker found it hidden in the back. No one else would throw it away, they just kept hiding it. Your teas sat in a freezer with this for over a month.

We were told to “cut around” molded product, coffee filters were not cleaned regularly, green sludge and other sludge from fermentation would build up on tea bubblers from not being cleaned enough, mold and tea build up happened under the bubblers from lack of cleaning, sinks and drains weren’t cleaned enough either. If you ask for a fresh gallon of tea we just take one that’s already made and change the date on it. Also we can’t make you a “fresh” gallon. All the tea we have brewed is stored in a walk in and most of it is a day old, so when you ask for a fresh gallon we just pour it from that huge jug of tea. The only time you will ever get real fresh tea is if we are completely out of a flavor and have to brew more jugs of it. A true “fresh” gallon will be warm, not cold. You’re getting day old tea 99% of the time. Also if you come in and yell at us or act a fool, you will wait longer. I don’t think you realize how mean people get over tea. We get death threats daily.
