i assumed that someone simply put one of those bottles up him and squirted a bit of the liquid in. what gary didn't mention:

the detox session was happening in thailand over the course of a week

there were 3 other celebrities with him undergoing the exact same procedure

the amount of coffee being poured into their bodies was 18 LITERS. 18 CUBIC DECIMETERS OF COFFEE SOLUTION GOING INTO THEIR STOMACH FROM THE OTHER END.

they had to do this twice a day. for seven days.

(a tiny part of me hoped that it was 18 liters total. but no. it seems it was either 18 per day or twice a day.)
