It's been 4 months since I quit gym, and last Monday I went for a jog. My bro jogs really fast and of course he is way taller than me so longer strides for him. I told him "I maybe slow but I ain't stopping" with my proud of myself look lol, but in my mind "NO. NEVER. EVER. GONNA. RUN. AGAIN. NEVER!" Also, I did eat meat again. I was so scared I might get a stomachache, bur thank God I didn't. I'm happy I can go anywhere and not worried what to eat now :)

I said I was gonna run. I end up running in my dreams! I just can't wake up early. I better stick to my yoga love lol

Last Tuesday, I got back from my trip. No workout and eating crap. Gained 3lbs. Tomorrow I'll go for a run and do my yoga. I miss it.
