Aiite/Hot/Chill

When suddenly it’s May, it’s snowing, and you can’t stop tearing up because it’s cold as fuck and you’re outside biking to work. 

Got drinks with somebody I shouldn’t have gotten drinks with. I’m an idiot. But we move on. 

It used to take me 8 minutes to walk to work. Now it takes 12. Fuck you knee.

Took a month off of drinking, saved money, spent money on jeans and a tattoo, still saved money. 

Bought a vacuum, and it is in all likelihood the only purchase I’ll make from this shopping holiday.  

When you stand around at the SAQ long enough staring at bottles of scotch that somebody comes up to ask you if you need any help, and you ask them if they know what a certain scotch single malt tastes like.  5 minutes later you’ve been involved in a discussion of different regions and profiles of different distilleries and have tried out 3 different bottles.

When you match with 2 different girls, and they’re good friends with each other, and you already went out with one of them and the other is asking if it’s okay to go out with you as well.

They’re not my usual bagel of choice, but I just got given a free bag of the freshest bagels you could ever imagine.  

You know shit gets real when there are people carrying around allen key sets with them to steal bike parts.  

My first ever company laptop.  Am I a yuppie now?

Went in for a 3rd round interview today.  Got more compliments on my outfit than my skills from the co-founders of the company.

I didn’t actually see him, but I did see his doppelganger. 

And it was a woman.

I’ve become concerned about just how corny and cheesy the things that I say to people can seem to be.  Can somebody teach me how to be cool?

Biking home last night after playing basketball.  4 blocks away from home my entire left hamstring cramps up.  Stuck stretching on the side of the street for 10 minutes, so I can ride home.

When a pretty girl walking towards me smiles at me. I smile back, awkwardly.

Totally wasn’t meant for me.

I’ll still take it though.

When you sit at the park and you get some dirt stuck onto the back of your pants and it’s brown, but it’s a really nice day.
