We're fourteen years old and things are changing faster than what we're used to. What used to be days spent together roaming the neighborhood or reading library books has become just the two of scrapping by minutes or seconds of quality time. After awhile both of us don't realize it but it feels off. Only a few minutes a day wasn't enough and the change was getting more frightening. It felt unhealthy wanting to be around you so much, and you felt the same. But it just felt like that's how things were supposed to be. So we canceled our plans, and slept in the backyard that night. I have all the time in the world for you.

Since Mom she left, it was difficult finding a home. Dennis dad he always had us running, and every place we found even slightly comfortable immediately was left. I never thought I'd be ale to find a place to be comfortable in, the fear in my chest swelled when I knew I'd abandon every place I learned to love that I forced myself to detach from it all. He had the worst taste in music to us when we were kids. All those six hour ten hour car rides spent groaning because of the Queen marathons or Elton John sing-alongs. I don't think we realized how much we missed those songs until he left.  I remember we listened to all the CDs he rented and this song stuck out in particular.

005. Sophia So Far - Goodnight Radio

I hate your choice of movies, but this movie was nice. I remember you made me promise we would never be like the brother and sister in that movie - and I promise we wouldn't.  I remember you bringing back the soundtrack of the movie and deciding to blast it in the bar for hours long. I remember you wanting to dance in the middle of the bar to this song and we sucked, but it was a blast.

006. Wouldn't It Be Nice - The Beach Boys

We used to dance around in her old gown and his old tux. The adventures we had with this song was killer, dude. We must have pretended to get married fifty times. (minus the kissing though, the cootie epidemic was wild) I remember the time Dennis started crying at one them. We were eight and the dress dragged across the floor and the tux barely fit your shoulders but he started crying and I still don't know why.
