Why does the kacheek need its temperature taken if it’s arm is broken?

What is that awkward pouch on the overalls placed in the kacheek’s no-no zone?  Do neopets have no-no zones? 

Why is the kacheek’s arm in one of the stirrups that you put your legs in at the gyno? 

Does the tail of the kacheek look abnormally long? 

Why isn’t Dr. Gelert wearing any gloves when dealing with bodily fluids?

Did he just yank the thermometer out of the kacheek’s mouth? 

Why isn’t he looking at the thermometer?  

Why does everything on the wall of the exam room look like it’s painted on?
