One thing I really hate about trying to begin to manage your ADHD is that I have to try a lot of different things to see what works. And a lot of the time it requires buying something to try (storage device, one step cleaning products, ect...) and it is both costly and also it clutters the house and makes me more anxious.
I do try to give away the stuff that doesn't work to people who can actually use it (I truly don't want to keep things I don't need.) It's just a lot of trial and error. And I do try to DIY as much as I can to help mitigate costs but sometimes DIY adds too many steps and I don't complete anything.
Not to mention I'm sitting here looking at one time use products and thinking about how bad it is for the environment, but without it my house falls both into disrepair and filth. UGH
I am medicated, I am much happier than I was, but there are downsides that I just wanted to complain about.
