I would say he's a kindergarten to 1st grader in this.. He's definitely a bully taking other children's toys for Sarah and insulting people.. But honestly this was before he got diagnosed with IED so he can't really help it.. He basically stays by himself and or with Sarah.

yes he does bully Cesar.. Cesar is still friendly to him and basically ends with him still being right there by mark as everyone basically turns his back away or scared of him (I feel like this how mark becomes somewhat dependent on him)

Also weird headcanon even he gets extremely angry like a temper tantrum level he just cries idk though it would balance his character a little.. Basically meaning he doesn't wanna be mean but it's kinda forced so he often cries when he's angry to show some empathy
