it’s really terrifying to go through a bad mental illness patch when you’re young man I made it through but I’m getting older and I don’t know how much of this is who I am or if it’s actually symptoms and i’m scared

i wrote this at 9:49am 8 yrs ago. little s, u need to know things don’t end up as scary as they feel. everything is new because you are still new, you don’t know what’s happening. I love you, all of our selves love you and always have. it is us and it isnt. we did ok. i’m excited to see what 30 y/o us has to say <3
