Hi, I'm Daniel, and I have spent the past year crafting 'Furber and the Mystic Woods' with the intention of creating a peaceful online sanctuary. This world will always be open for everyone to explore, and my hope is that people may find something healing within these gentle stories.

Currently, there are 12 episodes (with plenty more on the way!), so pour yourself a cup of tea, relax, and let Furber and his friends guide you into the forest.

I'm making progress with the latest episode of Furber and the Mystic Woods. I had to rewrite the story a few times to get it right, but I think I've finally figured it out!

Update: I've been struggling with the story for the latest episode of Furber and the Mystic Woods. It's been taking much longer than expected... However, I think something is slowly beginning to emerge!

Wales 2026

We have returned from a fantastic trip around Wales. (1021 miles altogether.) We drove across to Chester, making our way to Conwy and travelling down to St Davids, and then back again, with plenty of amazing stops along the way. Including, a big trip down memory lane for Liz, and a visit to Aylesford Priory (our favourite).

A reminder to tend your woodland.

Hello! This is just a quick update to say, there's more "Furber and the Mystic Woods" coming soon.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has been supporting "Furber and the Mystic Woods". I've really enjoyed making and sharing this webcomic.

Thank you for your patience too. I'm aware that sometimes there can be some large gaps between episodes. Unfortunately, the illustrations take a very long time, but I've always loved drawing (especially the fiddly bits!) It's my favourite part of the process and it brings me a lot of joy!

On a final note, I know a lot of people are struggling at the moment. This webcomic is for you. I promise to make this little corner of the internet as safe, uplifting, and as hopeful as possible. My wish is to create a sanctuary for anyone who needs it...
