Windrise holds a special place in my heart. I remember when I first started playing Genshin, I didn’t know wtf I was doing and the information overload was no joke. Windrise was my literal playground and where I really began to understand the battle system, what ascension was and how to do elemental reactions. I’m not ashamed to admit I gave myself a long time before I went up against Dvalin to progress in the storyline.

For the last one I wanted to give them some chill domestic family days + tired babysitter Jaken 🤠, with a cute little kiddo too! He’s a boy and his name is Hayataro, and there was a team effort of the discord members to decide on what he’d look like and his name, and this is more or less what we figured! Personally, I think any child of SessKik would be so darn beautiful they might look kinda androgynous, until they hit puberty and then it’s a bit more clear. But yeah, they’re gonna be ridiculously pretty either way.

So for the final day, I wanted to make something that would represent a journey if Kikyo had joined Sesshomaru in his travels. It would be full of warmth, goodness, and love. She would’ve fit right into the little family that’s Sesshomaru, Rin, and Kohaku.

Sesshomaru’s job was quiet and unbothered, his cubicle organized and orderly, his coworkers respectful of his space.
Sesshomaru’s life was a series of predictable patterns that kept things as peaceful as possible.
Few messes, no fights, little in the way of squabbles and dramas and shenanigans, it was peace, just like he liked.
